SERVICES AND USEFUL INFORMATION
The entire structure is covered by a wifi Internet connection and in the living room you will find a TV available to guests. Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. At the property – upon request – the following are available to guests: hairdryer, iron and ironing board; cot, changing table and baby shower; any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you
CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT
since the B&B is a small family-run establishment, WE DO NOT HAVE a 24-hour reception service like in hotels, so please let us know your expected arrival time here, by email or by telephone at least 24 hours before your arrival.
If there are time changes we kindly ask you to update us as you may not find anyone at home, so as to avoid the inconvenience of unnecessary waiting. We remind you that there’s a surcharge of € 10 applies for arrivals after 8pm and a surcharge of € 20 for arrivals after 10pm. On departure day, rooms must be vacated by 10 am to allow for cleaning and prepation of the room. However, you can leave your luggage in storage
HOW TO REACH US
– STAZIONE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA: autobus numero 23 AoB e C4H che fermano all’angolo del Lungarno; in taxi con una corsa di circa 15€; ed infine, a piedi è una camminata di 20/25 minuti per le vie del centro
– WITH THE CAR: it’s possible to park your car outside the limited traffic area (ZTL) in the blue parking spots (for example: Via dè Renai, Lungarno Serristori o Piazza Piave) for a fee (2,50/2,00€ for hour from 8;00am to 8,00pm and the sunday is free), alternatively there are two garages that you can contact, just a few steps from the Bed & Breakfast: http://www.garagepontevecchio.it and http://garagelungarno.it
– FROM FLORENCE AIRPORT: by taxi (taxi companies apply a fix rate of € 22.00) or by shuttle bus (leaving every 30/60 minutes) or with the new tram line (link: https://www.gestramvia.com) that leaves at the central station
